1. Basic premise
At the Reconstruction Agency (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency“), we are collecting information from everyone using the “Fukushima Updates” website of the Agency (hereinafter referred to as “the Site“) in areas necessary to the smooth operation of the services (such as information provision) provided by the Site. Information acquired will be handled appropriately within the scope of the purposes of use.

Moreover, the Agency will not bear any liability for damage arising from use of the Google Analytics service.
(3) The scope and purpose of use of information gathered on this site are specified as necessary in each corner, etc.
3. Limitations on use and provision
(1) At the Agency, except in cases of legal disclosure requests, cases of illegal access, threats and other unlawful acts or other special reasons, the information acquired will not be used by ourselves for any purposes other than those described in 2., nor will it be provided to any third party. However, statistical information regarding access to the Site or users' attributes may be made public.
4. Measures to ensure security
When gathering information, the Agency is taking the measures necessary to manage acquired information appropriately to prevent the leakage, loss or destruction of acquired information.
5. Scope of application
This policy applies only to the Site. On websites belonging to other agencies, information is handled according to each agency’s policies, etc.
